Well, I've seen two projects that she's got on the go posted around about. Not counting her one-woman play, which she said is temporarily on hold. And that first sentence was probably the worst ever, grammatically.

*chuckles* Oh, my dear. I still haven't watched Daybreak. Or anything past Deadlock. I'm going to need to drop the next fleetloveslaura fic on Aidy to check my canon before it's ever posted. (Assuming I can finish it soon - the damn thing's grown into a monster!)

Oh anything you can share? I had no idea she was doing a one-woman thing! Wow. That would be so great. I know she'd pull it off. Being alone on stage never is a easy thing to do.
(I should be airlocked for my grammar. And all of my "Oh"s and "omgs". I love them)

But I think that's a good thing. I ran through the whole season accept for Daybreak, that took me a while. But other from that. I have no self discipline at all... I said one a week. Yeah right.

Well, there's "Killer Hair" (also being known as "Crime of Fashion", due to air on 21st June - there're 3 pics over at Mary-McDonnell.net/gallery ), and "Jimmy Nolan", which is listed on IMDB as 'in development'. And yeah, her one-woman show is based on "Are You Somebody?" by Nuala O'Faolain. She was saying at the SF Ball when I asked her about it that she's put it on hold for a while because Nuala just died, and her family are grieving, and Mary doesn't want to intrude on that.

Heh. Idk, I just lost heart in seeing any of the rest once I knew about what happened to Laura.

I found it really hard in the beginning. And I said I wouldn't watch Daybreak, but then I did. And I'm not saying this to try and get you to watch it, but for me it was so big. I let someone go who I've carried around for eleven years. I was scared but now, I felt it was so worth it. If you feel ready you watch it, if you don't - then don't. It's a big step.

It's been a bit back and forth on IMDB for a few months. Thought it was in post, but it seems not now. Idk.

Well. In my case the reasons are complicated as frak (would rather not go into it here) as to why I just am not ready to watch it. Primary being that just knowing what happened sent me into one of the nastiest depressive episodes I've had in years (bipolar NOS, unmedicated, major bundle of fun...) and I didn't manage to come out of it for weeks after Daybreak aired. If just knowing does that, I shudder to think what seeing it would do, you know what I'm saying?
