Actually, "River Flows In You" isn't the theme, though it's beautiful (The one thing I liked about that movie was the piano music, but there's actually several different pieces that are supposedly Bella and Edward's theme - there's the lullaby on the soundtract, the lullaby on the score (which, I believe, is what is actually played on piano, but it could be the other way around), and then two more by an artist called "Yiruma" that were mistaken for or arbitrarily decided to be the B/E theme by fans. they're all lovely though.)
