Well I'd say true to the first, but I'm thinking dinosaurs and snakes. And they make you run, which gets your lungs working.

As for the second? You need an "all of the above" option. They do indeed fetch a good price on the black market. Yes, they remove waste. But you'd be hard pushed to move or make babies without them.
